  7.     Big sister has given her approval. PRINCESS DIANA was as
  8. surprised as anyone else when her younger brother CHARLES,
  9. VISCOUNT ALTHORP, 25, abandoned his Champagne Charlie image and
  10. proposed -- in time-honored manner -- on bended knee. But she
  11. was delighted with model VICTORIA LOCKWOOD, 24, whom she met
  12. during the couple's six-week courtship. Charles, a reporter on
  13. NBC's Today show, says it was love at first glance. "We are both
  14. dead certain," he proclaimed. Plans for an autumn marriage are
  15. perking up royal watchers, who have gone for nearly a year
  16. without a wedding or a baby.
